Protection of our own content

Unauthorized copying or reproduction of our original content, product photography, descriptions, or trademarks is not permitted. We actively monitor stores and marketplaces for infringements.

If an infringement is identified, we will submit a formal DMCA takedown request directly to Shopify (or the relevant platform) against the infringing store. This may result in the removal of the infringing content or product listing or, in repeated cases, suspension of the infringing store's account. Where appropriate, we reserve the right to pursue further legal action for damages resulting from the infringement.
